ECOSYSTEM

One Vision. Three Connected Vehicles for Change

Founded by social entrepreneur Siviwe Mbinda, iThuba Innovation Hub and Happy Feet Youth Project are community-rooted organisations driving education, innovation, leadership, and cultural development. Siviwe Tours operates as a for-profit social enterprise that channels global audiences, markets and value into South African townships through responsible tourism — powering the impact work of both organisations.

At the heart of the ecosystem is a shared vision: creating long-term opportunities for young people while strengthening community identity, resilience, and economic participation through education, cultural engagement, innovation, and sustainable community development.

iThuba Innovation Hub

The education and innovation vehicle of the ecosystem, equipping township youth with academic support, STEM exposure, digital literacy, leadership development, mentorship, and future-ready skills.

Happy Feet Youth Project

Siviwe Tours

A for-profit social enterprise dedicated to preserving South African heritage, amplifying local economies, and empowering education through experiential learning, responsible tourism, and cultural exchange.

Through immersive township experiences and global visitor engagement, Siviwe Tours contributes toward sustainable community impact while connecting international audiences to authentic local stories and youth development initiatives.
